Getting Active
One of the oldest and best antidotes for sadness and anxiety is constructive activity. If you can't think your way out of a bad mood, try using action. You can use this worksheet to help you counteract your lows with contructive, pleasurable, and meaningful activities. Look at it this way: if activity fails to help you feel better, at least you got something done!
